John Agamata has been actively engaged in the real estate appraisal profession since 1980 and is a California state-licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Attended the University of California Irvine (UCI). Senior associate appraiser with Diversified Realty Appraisal, Newport Beach, California from 1980 to 1988. In January 1988, implemented the Real Estate Appraisal Division of Agamata Associates, a professional cost engineering firm located in Orange County, California. Between 1990 and May 2014, conducted appraisal services under Agamata Appraisal Company, Inc., an independent and solely-owned corporation (dba Appraisal Pacific and also as Agamata Appraisal Company). Principal appraiser on over 10,000 commercial appraisal assignments and has provided services for over 100 financial institutions since 1995. Valuations (including properties valued over $50 million), consultations, market analyses, and feasibility studies completed on a wide range of commercial, industrial, residential, special-purpose and going concern properties located throughout California.
